Can I get a receipt/invoice?

GetQR automatically generates a PDF invoice for every successful payment on your account — including your initial trial payment and all subsequent renewals.

To access your invoices:

1. Log in to your GetQR account
2. Click on My Account
3. Scroll down to the Invoice History section and click to expand it
4. You'll see a list of all your invoices showing:
5. • Invoice number
   • Plan description
   • Invoice date
   • Amount
   • Status
5. Click Download next to any invoice to save it as a PDF

Please note:

• Only successfully paid invoices are shown in this section
• Invoices are generated automatically — there's no need to request them from support
• If your account doesn't have a Full Name saved, your invoice will display your account email instead — please make sure to add your legal full name to your account so it displays correctly on future invoices.
