Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

As no charges apply during the trial, refunds are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges.
  • Technical issues preventing service access.
  • Legal obligations requiring reimbursement.

3. Ineligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partially used billing cycles
  • Downgrade or non-use of the service

4. Request Process

Submit refund requests within 30 days to support@getqr.com with your account email and transaction details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Currency Processing

5.1 Supported Currencies:

  • United States (USD).
  • European Union (EUR).
  • United Kingdom (GBP).
  • Canada (CAD).
  • Australia (AUD).
  • For all other regions, charges will be processed in USD.

5.2 Currency Conversion:

  • Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.
  • Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable.
  • You may see currency conversion charges on your statement from your bank.

Note: While we don't charge additional fees for currency conversion, your bank or card issuer may apply their own conversion fees or charges. Please check with your financial institution for details about their international transaction policies.
