How to delete your GetQR account

Deleting your account is not the same as canceling your subscription.

Before you delete — please be aware

Account deletion is permanent and immediate, and it does more than cancel billing:

❌ Personal data is removed from active systems in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements

Your QR settings, destinations, and account data are permanently deleted.

Analytics and scan tracking are deleted and can't be restored.

Your dynamic and printed QR codes stop working. Anyone who scans them will reach an error, not your content.

Your dashboard access is removed. You won't be able to log in or manage your QR codes.

Your subscription ends immediately. Deletion ends your access right away, including any time remaining in your current paid period. If you're unsure, cancel instead — cancellation keeps your access until the period ends and stops all charges.

It can't be undone. There's no way to recover the account or its data afterward.
