How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address directly from your account — no need to contact support.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your GetQR account
2. Go to your account settings
3. Click the pencil icon next to your email address
4. Enter your new email address
5. Click Send Code — a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email to confirm it belongs to you
6. Enter the code to confirm the change

Please note, once confirmed:

• Your new email will become your login
• Your old email will lose access to the account
• Your QR codes, subscription, and analytics will remain unchanged
