Where is my refund?

Once your refund has been processed, it is sent back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within** **10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider, although in some cases it may take a bit longer.  

Refund timing is determined by your bank and card network, which means delays can happen even after the refund has been successfully issued on our side.

We aren't able to track the issued refund once it leaves our system thus, you can contact your bank directly—they can track the transaction using their internal systems.
