Having trouble logging in?
If you see the message:
"We couldn't find an account for that email."
It means that the email address entered isn't associated with a GetQR account.
This can happen if:
- You used a different email address when creating your account (including typos, extra spaces, or spelling mistakes).
- You paid using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and are attempting to log in with your payment email instead of the email used to create your GetQR account.
If you're signing in using a Magic Link, remember to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't receive the login email. If you're still unable to access your account, please contact our support team and provide the email address(es) you may have used.
